The restaurant was excellent for dinner, we ordered warm dishes. Its service was excellent.

Had twin room with the shower, the bedroom, lovely views to ensure we had a good stay.

I loved its extremely helpful and easygoing employees.

Breakfast was awesome, special views, convenient location just off the garden on request and said pub. Had a pleasant overnight stay at my next overnight visit and would love to return.

The beds were comfortable and the king room itself was fashionable and new-fashioned. All of the staff was helpful and accommodating. Location: the hotel was not far from the beautiful garden with butterflies and dragonflies darting 

Reasonably large, gorgeous hotel with excellent facilities.

The hotel was fairly clean with unique interior and nestled in a nice old building. The rooms with soft lighting.

Our favourite, pet-friendly hotel in Wells with honest staff. Lots of brilliant options for meal.

Would definitely recommend and would love to return, it was a PLEASANT OVERNIGHT stay.

Quaint tidy hotel and staff was extremely helpful and very friendly. The restaurant was magnificent for dinner, I tried delicious dishes. The location was quiet and perfect, at a walking distance from Church of st Matthew.  

We had a really really nice stay of year-sweaty nights.

Everything was excellent, the English breakfast was totally worth it. The accommodating staff upgraded us to a spotless and en suite room. The property's location was great and stunning, to many attractions nearby.

Its location in a central location to many historic sights to see is marvellous.

The place was tidy, a nice size and well-equipped rooms. Superb English breakfast with fruit, five options to choose, good nearby pub food and extremely helpful staff.

Beds were a bit hard.

The location is amazing and gorgeous, it's really close to Glastonbury and Cheddar, Wookey and the Mendips main attractions.
